Armed with his unparalleled vocal range, guitar skills, and
gift for creativity in the production studio, Seth Cook has
released his new original single, Don’t Think. It’s difficult to
compare Cook’s artistry to others that have come before
him because his passionate live shows and signature
sound are truly unique. He draws inspiration from an
eclectic range of musicians including MJ, Vince Gill, &
Peter Gabriel.
In 2022, Cook released the album Classics Reimagined,
which is considered an ode to what shaped him as an
artist. The tribute record is a tip of the cap to some of the
greatest hitmakers of all time, including covers of gems
like Whitney Houston’s “How Will I Know” and The Beach
Boys “Wouldn’t It Be Nice.” Listeners are taken back in
time to when a younger Seth traveled the country with his
family performing in front of audiences that craved pop hits
fueled by sublime harmonies and heartfelt soul. His
fantastic salute to Timberlake’s “Rock Your Body”
embodies Seth’s own transcendence toward establishing
himself as a go-to guitar slinger, vocalist, drummer, and
producer in Nashville and Los Angeles.
It’s clear why Vince Gill called upon the Indiana native to
grab the sticks and Brett Young tapped him to play lead
guitar. Classics Reimagined is the prequel to Seth’s achievements to-date and a further glimpse into the
premier talent and musical intelligence that fans will
experience for years to come.
Cook’s new album with all original songs, is due out in late
2024. Fans can expect the signature Seth Cook sound
that mixes a blend of nostalgic ear candy with a fresh take
on current pop vibes. Expect powerful electric guitars,
energetic synths, and a voice that takes listeners to a new
dimension.
